Learn to cook like an italian chef in a typical home in Piegaro. Enter the home of your cook and teacher, Daniela, located in one of the most scenic place of the city.
You will start the lesson preparing the dough for tagliatelle, tortellini and tortelloni. Then, you will roll it out and fill the dressing before the baking. Then, learn how to prepare the condiments for tortellini and tortelloni. After that, prepare the filling (ricotta cheese and parsley/ spinach / walnut).
Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dishes tasting with the chef. You will also learn to combine the local recipes with fine local wine, which of course you will taste.
