During the experience you'll be guided by two professional chefs. You will learn how to prepare Apulian recipes properly and you'll be able to reply them at home through your notes and the email we'll send you after the class. You will be welcomed in a wonderful location - B&B Le Duchesse - where you will have the chance to relax while learning. The location has a private parking area and is open to animals. Gluten free diet, vegetarian and vegan people as well as people with intolerances are welcomed together with families and big groups of people (up to 20). You will have the chance to taste and buy Apulian seasonal products together with wine and ask us suggestions on where to eat in the area or what to visit afterwards.
Here in Trani - B&B Le Duchesse, we offer a proper Apulian cuisine experience to people who are willing to deepen their knowledge on local and seasonal products and recipes, and to spend some time in a wonderful location - where you can find a private parking area.
At your arrival, you'll be welcomed with a typical appetiser - "La frisa sponzata" - and a glass of good Apulian wine to enjoy in the garden. Afterwards, we'll introduce you and let you taste the local and seasonal ingredients we'll use during the cooking class - that you can buy right after the class.
Then, we'll start the class explaining our grandma recipe for making perfect "Orecchiette" - a typical shape of pasta from Apulia - and you can take note of it with the material we'll provide you with.
We'll realise "Orecchiette" together and explain you all the secret tricks to make them properly - providing you all the tools needed (knifes, aprons, etc.).
While waiting for orecchiette we'll prepare a perfect sauce to taste them at the end of the class!
Finally, we'll prepare for you a tasty local dessert! Don't miss it!
