Panzerotto, the king of Apulian street food that everybody loves. Even if you can find different versions in all over the world, you can taste the best one only in his native region. Every city in Apulia has its own version but traditionally it has a half-moon shape of a calzone, made with the same dough of a pizza, filled with mozzarella and sauce and fried. You can learn how to make it with a lady in her home and then you will taste a real homemade traditional panzerotto!

We can organize a private transfer from your accomodation to the place indicated for this experience, a masseria situated in the countryside at few km from the city centre of Alberobello. Here you will see how to prepare traditional apulian panzerotti and you will cook together. You will prepare not only the classical panzerotto with tomato and mozzarella and fried but also other kinds of panzerotti called "frittelle" that you will eat with other products of the farm as mozzarelle and cheese.
The price of this food experience includes the show cooking and then a dinner with panzerotti, other typical products and local wine. The price doesn't include the transfer
