Visit an organic estate that organizes guided tour and tastings in the heart of Chianti Classico area, between Radda and Panzano in Chianti. During the tour it is possible to see the vineyards and the wineries, hear a guided explanation of the wine-making process in order to make wines of the highest quality. The visit is then followed by the tasting of the 3 or 6 wines, accompanied by small but tasty snacks, including bread with olive oil of own production and Grappa.

The tour usually takes between 1,5-2hr, depending on the quantity of the wines selected. It usually starts with the general explanation about the winery, its owners and wines of Chianti Classico. It is possible to see the vineyards and hear the main points in relation to organic agriculture.
The tour is followed by the tasting of the 3 or 6 wines either in the tasting room or on the terrace, if the weather permits. The whole tasting is accompanied by the selection of the local cheeses and ham, followed by the bread and olive oil produce. The whole tasting is finished by the tasting of the Grappa di Montemaggio. It is also possible to organize a special personalized day at the winery on request and also cooking classes on request.

During the class you’ll learn to cook a number of basic and advanced Italian dishes as well as secret techniques that make Italian cuisine so rich and delicious. Attending such cooking class enables you to learn how to prepare multi-course Italian meal. You can choose to have lessons in the morning 10AM or in the afternoon 4PM.


Times of the lesson (total time, lunch or dinner included) will be about 4 hours. There will be a presentation of the menu, coffee with the chef, then preparation of dishes, 3 course lunch or dinner (selected wine included), coffee and digestifs (grappa or amaro).

Leave from Versilia on an electric bike at 8:30am and ride along the coast until you reach the city of Viareggio and get on the first dirt road.

Immersed in the perfume of pines, you arrive at Torre del Lago Puccini on the West coast of Lake Massaciuccoli, where you will be able to visit Giacomo Puccini's house and a huge open theater dedicated to him. You depart again following cycle paths including Fiori di Loto, a splendid road surrounded by lakes and lotus flowers. You will follow this road until Massarosa.

Once there, you will arrive at the LIPU Oasis where rare birds may be viewed. Within the twisted and narrow path, the impressive eagle of the swamp, the songbird of Forapaglie, and the Tarbusino may be observed.

The end of the tour is now near, but not before taking a well-deserved break at a table in a typical Tuscan trattoria next to the lake. You'll enjoy a lunch of Tuscan meats and tordelli. On the return trip it is possible to visit the archaeological site of Roman Massaciuccoli, enhanced with beautiful mosaics and fantastic views.
