The Association PAssaggi Sardi formed by young local guides, is proposed for tourism promotion throughout the territory of Sardinia, organizing events, excursions on old natural paths, and workshops of typical Sardinian cuisine. Passing and enhancing are the key words that accompany us in our activities to not disperse knowledge and the most ancient traditions of our land and people.

Walking through the uncontaminated nature of Sardinia accompanied by local guides, retracing old transhumance paths in the Tiriddò area, a small village in the region of Loiri Porto San Paolo, Sardinia.

A panoramic Hiking Trail passing through Mount Ruju that give you a 360 ° view of the north-east coast:  from Golfo Aranci and Olbia to the Island of Tavolara and all Marine Protected Area, it leaves you breathless.

We continue with the visit to the rural ancient house called  “Stazzo Gallurese”, and finally the Cooking Class workshop, a cooking lesson to learn the preparation of typical Sardinian food: baked goods, pasta dishes or dessert.

The experience finisch with a tasting food e wines like  Vermentino or Cannonau.

  • Start in the morning at 8.00am or in the afternoon at 15.00pm, meeting in loc. Tiriddò  following the GPS coordinates;
  • 5.5 km loop of Mini Trekking with difference livels  from 200 meters a.s.l to 310 meters a.s.l. (on request of the group it is possible to lengthen the route to 8 km) duration about 2 / 2.30h
  • Medium-easy itinerary in unpaved terrain, mule track in some disconnected sections
  • We recommend a good physical training, suitable sportswear, trekking shoes, a backpack with water and an hat
  • Cooking lesson including all  materials;
  • Tasting accompanied by Vermentino or Cannonau wine and water
  • Time excursion and cooking class: about 6 hours
