Explore the culinary history of the Piedmont town of Asti with this 3-hour food walking tour. Sample breadsticks, cheese, chocolate, artisanal cookies and other treats the local market, shops, and food carts have to offer. The menu changes seasonally so you taste what's fresh. Along the way the guide will take you to visit the Cathedral of Asti (the largest Gothic church in the region), the Jewish Ghetto, the covered market, and the square where the oldest horse race of Italy, called the Palio, is run every year.

Meet your guide in Piazza Campo del Palio in the heart of Asti.

Walk through the historic city center to see major landmarks in between food stops.
